Medical Plans A competitive medical plan with preferred provider benefits paid at 90/100% per schedule with low individual and family deductibles.  Employee premiums are paid for by the Cooperative.

Dental Plan Comprehensive Dental Plan that provides up to 2 free cleanings per year.

Vision Plan This plan provides eye exams and discounted eye wear.

401k Pension Plan (deferred contribution) The Cooperative matches up to 4.5% of employee base pay after a minimum of 3.5% employee contribution. 100% vested in contributions and match after 5 years of continuous employment. Employees may contribute (both pretax and Roth) up to IRS annual max.

Retirement and Security Program (defined contribution) The Cooperative pays 100% of pension benefit at 1.9% of employees final average of five year salary times years of benefit service. Employees are fully vest at 5 years of continuous employment. Normal Retirement at age 62 or Early Retirement at 59 1/2.

Educational Reimbursement Cooperative provides up to $1,200 per year for tuition and books after one year of regular employment.  Lifetime benefit of $5,000.

Company Provided Life Insurance Two times your annual salary.

Company Provided Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance Two times your annual salary.

Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance You may purchase additional Supplemental Life Insurance and AD&D coverage up to five times your annual salary.   Dependent coverage is also available.

Company Provided Long Term Disability Cooperative pays 66 2/3 base pay after 13 weeks of disability.

Sick Leave Allows up to 10 days a year after initial three months for personal illness, doctor’s appointments and injury in the employee or immediate family member.

Vacation Leave Allows up to 10 days a year for five years or less of service, 12 days a year for service more than five years but under 15 years, and 15 days for more than 15 years of service.

Holidays 7 paid holidays including New Years, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas with one floating holiday that may be used in conjunction with New Years, Thanksgiving, or Christmas.
